Estimated delivery time across India is 4–8 business days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier availability, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, tracking details may be shared through SMS, WhatsApp, or email, wherever available.

5. Delayed Deliveries

While we strive to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to courier issues, operational disruptions, or circumstances beyond our control.

6. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details and contact information. DailyUse will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or an item is missing, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and clear photographs or an unboxing video, where available.
